My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall! The rooms were exceptionally quiet and very spacious, providing all the amenities one could need. The hotel was perfect for a family stay with 2 kids, offering spacious and well-appointed rooms with fantastic high ceilings and beautiful, clean bathrooms. The service was incredibly nice and helpful, especially the staff at the reception desk who went out of their way to assist with reservations. The location was great, right next to a metro station and within walking distance of main attractions in Porto. The dining experience, while wholesome, could be more diverse. Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a superb location.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for the hotel, right in the heart of the city with easy access to delicious dining options. The rooms were lovely, bright, spacious, with a fantastic bathroom and an incredibly plush bed that made my nights truly comfortable. While I initially requested a high floor and ended up on the second floor, the overall standard of the room was impeccable.

Everything was finished to a very high standard. The service was top-notch, especially the reception staff who went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the Metro and other transportation options. Dining was extensive, although a bit pricey. Overall, a luxurious experience with just minor room for improvement in certain areas.
